·       Practical homework tasks suggested between sessions to integrate and embody the learning

·       Accountability/ Support buddies – so the learning is front of mind

·       Coaching during the training and peer coaching to encourage sustainable support and continued development throughout the forum

Eimear is a Qualified Group Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Soul Based Coach holding a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master of Arts in Economics from University College Dublin, Ireland.
